The Artisan Bread Bakers was opened in 2016 by very proud local bakers Brooke & Joshua De Leeuw the dream was to be “The Local Bakery” and to produce the highest quality sourdough & Grain breads, authentic Dutch pastries and cakes, to go along side Blimmin’ good coffee. And have it all at affordable prices.

The Artisan Bread Bakers is now well known in the Tauranga Area, with a strong local customer base, As well as keeping our customers happy we also keep local Café & Restaurant owners happy with supplying them with our Breads & Pastries.

Our team are very close and challenge each other daily to excel in their individual roles, we have Bakers, Apprentices, Baristas, and School students who all share the same passion and care for the baking industry.

We are a Family and we pride ourselves on the QUALITY & HONESTY of our product and live by these values.
